This young Chef has more than ten years of experience in successful restaurants. His experience in France includes time spent at the Michelin Guide restaurant, La Marine in Noirmoutier under the tutelage of Chef Alexandre Couillon, as well as Elmer in Paris where he served as Chef Partie Garde Manger and Patîsserie before his arrival in Punta Mita. He was recently appointed Signature Chef of Carolina, the gastronomic jewel of The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort.
